Protect What Matters Most

Florida K-12 schools are among the most targeted organizations in the US for ransomware, data breaches, and phishing attacks. We help schools build layered, proactive defenses.

E-Rate Eligible

Cybersecurity tools and services are E-Rate eligible under Category 2 funding. We help you maximize your allocation every cycle.

Ransomware incidents in K-12 schools have surged in recent years. Most schools lack dedicated security staff and rely on aging defenses that were never built for today's threat landscape. We evaluate your current posture and match your school with the right tools — from endpoint protection and email security to SOC monitoring and incident response — without pushing a preferred vendor.

Connectivity Built for Modern Learning

Every digital learning initiative depends on reliable, high-performance network infrastructure. We help schools get there.

E-Rate Eligible

Broadband connectivity and managed Wi-Fi are Category 1 E-Rate eligible. We handle all filings and documentation.

Many schools are still running legacy MPLS or basic broadband that can't handle the demands of today's classrooms. When the network is slow, teachers work around technology instead of with it. We evaluate SD-WAN providers across the full market, handle vendor selection, contract negotiation, and implementation — and stay involved from first call to go-live.

Communications That Connect Every Campus

Outdated phone systems and fragmented tools create daily friction for teachers, staff, and administrators. UCaaS replaces all of it with one unified platform.

E-Rate Eligible

UCaaS voice services may qualify under E-Rate Category 1. We assess your eligibility as part of our discovery process.

Many schools are still running aging PBX systems that are expensive to maintain and incompatible with remote or hybrid work. We compare platforms across the full market and find the one that fits your school's size, budget, and existing Microsoft or Google environment — then manage the migration so staff barely notice the switch.

Unified Platform

Phone, video, messaging, and file sharing in one app — no more toggling between tools.

Secure & Compliant

End-to-end encryption, FERPA-compliant call recording, and role-based access controls built in.

Parent Communication

Auto-attendants, call routing, and school-wide directories that make reaching the right person simple.

Disaster Continuity

Cloud-based communications stay online even when your on-premise systems go down.

Every Call, Every Parent, Every Time

Front office phones and enrollment lines handle thousands of calls a week. CCaaS brings those operations into the modern era so staff spend less time on hold and more time helping families.

Outdated call center software, long hold times, and no visibility into call volume leave staff overwhelmed and parents frustrated. We identify the right cloud contact center platform for your school and handle the integration with your existing phone system — no large IT project required.

Improve Parent Communication

Smart Routing

Route calls by school, language, department, or time of day without putting families on hold unnecessarily.

Staffing Visibility

Real-time dashboards show call volume, wait times, and agent availability so supervisors can act immediately.

Omnichannel

Parents can reach you by phone, email, chat, or SMS — all managed from a single agent interface.

FERPA Compliant

Call recording, storage, and access controls all meet student data privacy requirements.

Stay Online When It Matters Most

A ransomware attack, hurricane, or hardware failure can take down your entire school in minutes. DRaaS ensures your schools recover in hours, not weeks.

Florida schools face risks you won't find anywhere else: hurricane season, aging on-premise infrastructure, and ransomware attacks that have shut down schools for weeks. We match your school with the right cloud-based backup and disaster recovery solution, define your RTO and RPO targets upfront, and find the vendor that meets them.

Continuous cloud data replication
Automated daily backups with air gaps
Defined RTO & RPO targets
Tested failover procedures
SIS, email & finance coverage
Annual DR testing & documentation

Rapid Recovery

Set your recovery time targets before an incident happens, not during one.

Ransomware Protection

Immutable, air-gapped backups that attackers can't encrypt — your last line of defense when prevention fails.

Cloud Failover

Critical systems spin up in the cloud automatically so staff can keep working even if physical servers go offline.

Florida-Aware

We design recovery architectures with Florida's hurricane season and geographic risk profile in mind.

Enterprise-Grade Data Centers for K-12 Budgets

Running your own data center is expensive, risky, and increasingly unnecessary. Colocation gives your school enterprise-level infrastructure without the capital expense.

Many schools operate aging server rooms that lack proper power redundancy, cooling, physical security, and connectivity. When those systems fail, it touches payroll, student records, and every classroom in the building. We evaluate colocation providers across Florida, negotiate contracts on your behalf, and coordinate the equipment migration so your team stays focused on the school year.

Explore Colocation Options

Physical Security

Biometric access, 24/7 on-site staff, and cage options that keep your equipment secure and auditable.

Built-in Redundancy

Dual-feed power, N+1 cooling, and multiple network uplinks mean no single point of failure.

Direct Connectivity

Carrier-neutral facilities let you connect directly to your SD-WAN, cloud providers, and internet exchanges.

Cost Predictability

Fixed monthly costs replace unpredictable capital expenses and emergency repair bills.

Infrastructure That Scales With Your School

On-premise servers are expensive to buy, maintain, and replace. IaaS moves your compute, storage, and networking to the cloud so your IT team can focus on what actually matters.

Most K-12 IT staff are one person short and three problems behind. Managing aging servers consumes time and budget that should go toward students and teachers. We help schools evaluate and transition to IaaS platforms — whether it's your student information system, finance platform, or general workloads — and coordinate the migration through go-live.

Elastic Scaling

Spin up resources for back-to-school season and testing windows, then scale back when demand drops.

Security Built In

Identity management, encryption at rest and in transit, and compliance tooling built into the platform from day one.

Built-in DR

Geographic redundancy is built in, reducing the need for a separate disaster recovery solution.

Budget Alignment

Pay-as-you-go pricing fits school budget cycles far better than lumpy capital hardware purchases.

Campus Safety. Every Student. Every Second.

Cameras, access control, silent panic alerts, and crisis communication systems — fully integrated and compliant with Florida's Alyssa's Law mandate for all public K-12 schools.

Funding Options Available

Campus safety is not standard E-Rate eligible. However, Florida allocated $6.4 million in recurring state funding for Alyssa's Law panic alert systems, and additional federal funding is available through the STOP School Violence Act. We help identify and apply for applicable funding as part of our advisory process.

Florida Alyssa's Law Compliance Required

Named after Alyssa Alhadeff, a victim of the 2018 Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting, Alyssa's Law requires all Florida public and charter schools to implement a mobile panic alert system capable of silently connecting staff to law enforcement and first responders. Florida statute Section 1006.07(4), F.S. required compliance beginning with the 2021-2022 school year.

School safety incidents move faster than traditional 911 systems can respond. Beyond active shooter scenarios, schools also face unauthorized access, vandalism, and the daily challenge of monitoring multiple buildings with limited staff. As your vendor-neutral advisor, we evaluate providers across the full market, manage competitive bidding, and coordinate implementation to minimize disruption.

Silent Panic Alerts

Staff can trigger a silent alarm from anywhere on campus, instantly notifying law enforcement without alerting the threat.

IP Video Surveillance

HD camera networks with cloud storage, remote viewing, and AI-assisted motion detection at every entrance and common area.

Access Control

Electronic door locks, badge readers, and visitor management that keep unauthorized individuals out.

Mass Notification

One-tap lockdown announcements delivered simultaneously to PA systems, digital displays, staff phones, and parent SMS.

Free Alyssa's Law Compliance Audit

Not sure if your current system meets Florida statute requirements? We conduct a no-cost compliance assessment that reviews your existing panic alert setup against Section 1006.07(4), F.S. — including PSAP integration, device placement, staff training documentation, and coordination with your county 911 authority — then recommend the most cost-effective path to full compliance.

Find the Money Already in Your Budget

Most schools are paying too much for telecom services they don't fully understand or use. A TEM engagement typically uncovers those savings within the first audit.

Supports E-Rate Compliance

TEM is not itself an E-Rate eligible service. But a TEM audit frequently uncovers incorrectly filed or missing E-Rate claims, and the service inventories it produces are required for ongoing E-Rate compliance. Many schools recover previously missed funding as a direct result.

The average school has dozens of telecom invoices arriving every month from multiple carriers. Without dedicated staff to audit them, billing errors, unused lines, and outdated contracts accumulate silently for years. We audit every carrier relationship, every circuit, and every invoice. Billing errors get flagged. E-Rate gaps get corrected. Then we handle the remediation. Your team doesn't need to lift a finger.

E-Rate gap identification & correction
Ongoing monthly invoice management
Find Your Hidden Savings

Audit & Recovery

We identify billing errors and negotiate credits. Most schools recover overpayments going back 12-24 months.

Contract Optimization

We compare your rates to what peer schools are paying and renegotiate accordingly.

Ongoing Management

Monthly review of all invoices with a dashboard showing your full telecom spend, savings achieved, and contract renewal calendar.

E-Rate Maximization

We identify services that should be E-Rate funded but aren't, and handle the filing corrections to recapture that money.
